1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the MindParse AI website at mindparse.ai or the MindParse AI application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

MindParse AI provides an AI-powered document workspace: semantic search, chat with documents, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others.
  • Upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, or that you do not have the right to use.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or to scrape or harvest data beyond normal use.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or our policies.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to provide the Service (e.g. to store, index, and process your documents). 6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for verifying important results. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindParse AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or one hundred dollars if you have not paid).

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MindParse AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
